Hong Kong's home for trail races with purpose. Founded by runners, built for everyone — from first-time 5k to 50-mile ridgeline ultras.
RaceBase events are held to international standards — Asia Trail Master Championship rounds, iTRA National League events, and SheRACES accredited start lines.
From the brutal ridgeline of The 9 Dragons to the all-welcome trails of Pride Run, every RaceBase event is built with the same standards: real courses, real cause, real community.

Hong Kong's annual celebration of inclusivity through running. Every gender, every pace, every body — welcome on the start line.
Raised by RaceBase runners for Hong Kong charities since 2014. Every event we put on gives something back.
RaceBase was founded in 2014 by Steve Carr, Michael Ormiston and Nic Tinworth — three friends who wanted Hong Kong's races to feel like the trails they actually trained on. No fluff. No medals for showing up. Just real courses, fair pricing, and a community that turns up for each other.
Today RaceBase runs the only SHE RACES accredited events in Hong Kong, the city's most inclusive Pride Run, and has raised over HK$1.8M for local causes.
Meet the team →RaceBase publishes its inclusivity policies in full, not as marketing. The bar is simple: if you want to start, we want you on the line.
